Hien Le

Hien Le spent the last decade of her career cultivating a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experiences in the world of communications, marketing/PR in various industries, ranging from education, luxury and consumer goods, to homebuilding and land development. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, she held the Senior Marketing Manager position for one of the largest private homebuilders in North America for almost four years. Before that, she served as a Communication Executive for CHANEL Vietnam, managing the House's world-class communication and PR campaigns for all three divisions: Fashion, Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.

Her rich and diverse career background has given her the once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to expand her horizons, hone in her skills and talents, and ultimately drive her decision to pursue real estate full-time alongside her husband Khai Tran. Together, they co-founded the CGP Realty Group with the mission to help their clients create, grow, and preserve wealth through real estate. Hien has been instrumental in shaping the vision and operations of the CGP team and is proud to serve alongside her very diverse, passionate, and dedicated team members.

Hien holds a Bachelor and a Master's degree in Communication from Texas Christian University. Her expertise lies in marketing/PR, branding, organizational & strategic communication, customer service, negotiation, and event-planning. She is committed to delivering top-notch service and out-of-the-box thinking to analyze, strategize, and implement the best-in-class practices to ensure the most rewarding experience and result for her clients. She always strives to bring positive energy and elements of fun to everything she does and is grateful to have many clients from all different walks of life turn into life-long friends far beyond a transaction.

Hien's greatest blessing in life is her family. She is happily married and has two beautiful young daughters - Amelia and Evelyn, who are her biggest source of motivation and inspiration. She also loves traveling, food, music and you guess it - fashion and beauty!
