When my roofer had trouble finding a tall enough ladder to get on my roof to check for damage or a ventilation issue, she engaged a second roofer and an HVAC tech to check things out in the meantime. She also handled much of the communication with contractors when I was unavailable. Fiona is exceptionally well organized and constantly working on things in the background.
