“Donald is family and I was skeptical about using family from my previous experiences but from the moment I called him, he was amazing. I would send him listings and he seemed to know what I needed and wanted even before I was sure. Weeding out the houses that he knew weren’t a good fit or had work to be done. At almost all the listings we visited he’d even climb into the attic in the Houston summer heat to make sure there were no leaks and everything looked good with the a/c. He counseled me on the things I needed to pay attention to in the inspection and constantly stayed in contact and kept me up to date after we found the house I bought.
