She had multiple professional contacts that I used for every issue and question I had, from minor repairs to landscaping, and even cleaning the house on closing day. She was willing to give opinions if I asked, (but not otherwise) and was more than willing to just help pack boxes if needed. I knew my specific neighborhood better than she did, but otherwise, she worked tirelessly with dealing with multiple nit-picky details so that I didn't have to. She knew exactly what needed to be done to make sure that the house sold as quickly as it did (22 hours), which was our goal, including hiring an amazing photographer who included aerial photographs.
