Effortless. That’s the one word I would use to describe buying my first home. So many people warned me about how hard and stressful the process was and now I know it’s because they didn’t have David Thelen as their realtor. I could not believe how easy and fast everything went. David is very professional, efficient, and always gives you a good laugh. Found a home in less than 2 weeks and bought for 12k under asking price, got a brand new roof, all repairs complete at owners expense, and NO MONEY DOWN!! This was all done behind the scenes and made my life so easy. Thank you again David, I will never use another realtor.
