Crystal is highly qualified when it comes to assisting families during the home buying and selling process. She has over 10 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry starting a career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in customer service. From there she advanced to work specifically with escrow accounts and home loans, and than again advancing to assisting with more difficult loans that entailed Modifications, Short sales, and Foreclosures, allowing her to have a broad understanding of knowledge in all aspects of how home loans can be created specifically for each clients needs. Crystal has always been praised for going above and beyond in helping each and every client understand the process from beginning to end whether it is in regards to explaining escrow accounts, mortgage loans, interest rates, or the process of buying/selling homes. In 2018, Crystal and her family relocated from the West Coast to Houston, Tx. After her experience with a local Realtor in her personal home search and feeling very rushed, this sparked an interest to shift careers to become a Real Estate Agent. With having to move a family of 7 across states, Crystal wanted to be able to share her personal experience with others relocating to the Houston area and offer the best assistance she can to make their move and transition as smooth as possible.
