Cody was a pleasure to work with as a buyers agent. I could tell that he was knowledgeable and really did a nice job guiding his clients through the repairs that were needing to be done prior to close. As a broker/ listing agent the deal was as smooth as possible with very realistic expectations set. Hope we work together again!

Cody and Amy are awesome! They helped me with the sale of my home. They made recommendations to get it sold quickly and for the most profit. It sold for above the listing price and they made sure the closing was pain-free. They also helped with finding a rental property for my family and I. They helped coordinate viewings and helped with the lease. They made sure that I was well informed and comfortable with everything. They were always available whenever I had questions or concerns. I look forward to Amy and Cody helping me to buy a home in the near future and am excited to work with them again! I would recommend them to anyone!

If you are a victim of our ever increasing cost of living, you'll understand how stressful it is to find an affordable home for your family. Cody and his team stepped in and saved our family from having to pay $1900/month for a mediocre 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. He understood we were under a time constraint and had homes lined up for us to visit and we closed on our contract within 3 weeks of searching. Cody has been there every step of the way. He helped us negotiate the terms of the lease with more amenities included. A huge thank you to Cody and his team for helping us find an even better home for our family than we had anticipated!
