Christie Hill

Christie Hill specializes in buying and selling residential real estate, including new construction, single family homes, townhomes, condos, investing and relocation. In addition to being a Realtor®, she is also a Texas CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting. Prior to her real estate career, she spent 23 years in accounting, including mergers acquisitions & transitions, which helped her gain valuable project management skills that are crucial to providing clients with smooth real estate transactions. Christie's dedication to her clients and their needs is unprecedented. Whether finding the right home, negotiating on behalf of her clients, implementing proven marketing strategies, or keeping her clients informed throughout the process, she strives to do it all with excellence! Christie and her husband have relocated four times to Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, and thankfully back home to Texas, buying and selling property each time. This has provided her with an expertise on how to better assist relocation clients, as she understands what relocations entail. A graduate of Richland High School and Texas Wesleyan University, Christie has a vast knowledge of the DFW metroplex, which is priceless to her clients. In her spare time, you can find Christie with her husband and daughter on Lake Lewisville boating and tubing. Additionally, she enjoys scrapbooking, reading and taking her dog on walks. Christie is also an active member and volunteers at her church in Plano, Texas. Her professional memberships include local, state and national Real Estate Associations. She also holds a New Home Sales Agent Certification.
