Chelsea Gunn

As a native Houstonian, I bring market knowledge and resourcefulness to every real estate transaction. I pride myself in bringing competition, compassion and strong work ethic to the table to ensure my clients are well cared for. I am passionate about making sure my clients are well-informed and confident when making decisions. I have experience with buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, farm & ranch, and luxury homes.



I attended Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development and a Master's Degree in Agricultural Development. I lived in College Station for seven years and that is where I began my real estate career before returning home to the southeast Houston area.



I am a proud supporter of the Clear Creek ISD Education Foundation, Friendswood Education Foundation, Clear Creek FFA Livestock Auction, Texas A&M Century Club, Pearland Little League, League City Girl's Softball Association, Make a Stand Bully Rescue, 100 Club, Assist the Officer, JDRF, and various other local fundraisers and organizations. A portion of all of my transactions is donated to charities and/or local fundraisers.
