The fast-paced and strong skillset required for this industry increased Chase's natural abilities to negotiate, form relationships, and perfect her communication skills for years to come. Chase is experienced in multi-family housing and has served this sector of the industry for over 8 years. Chase isn't limited to only investors in her portfolio, however. Chase has a long-standing history with 1st time home buyers, transferees, seasoned clients, and short-term rentals. Chase is now a resident of The Woodlands where she finds free time to enjoy wine, travel, relax, and spend quality time with family/friends.
