Chancey Hurt

Chancey has an eye for renovating homes with an extensive knowledge in the investment industry. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. With a strong financial and marketing background plus her in depth knowledge of remodeling & structural design, Chancey brings an exceptional level of service and professionalism to her clients. After college she worked as a Construction Project Manager, Director of Operations for a Indoor Football League, Interior Design Assistant, Head of a Bankruptcy Department for Grainger Legal, and as a Paralegal for The Bennett Law Firm. Chancey has a love for learning each of our many cultures and truly understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment. As a third generation Houstonian, she takes pride in understanding each forever changing market from the greater Houston area to each demographic along the Gulf Coast. Having the opportunity to have lived in many cities throughout Texas and even many states across the East Coast. Chancey is well-versed in making any transition a seamless and enjoyable adventure. She is an excellent communicator and will guide you through every phase of your residential sale and/or purchase from initial contact to closing and beyond. She genuinely cares about her clients' individual needs and will work tirelessly searching & researching every market to successfully find them their perfect fit. In her free time you may find her volunteering at organizations such as Habitat for Humanity & The Houston Food Bank, at any local gym, researching Nasa, & enjoying the spectacular performances held at Houston's performing art centers.
