“This was my first time buying a home so I was not as prepared as I thought I was. Catalina helped me find a good mortgage company which ended up having a great program going for 1st time home buyers. We ended up finding a house I fell in love with but when it came time to put offer down the seller didn t seem to want to work with us. After a few attempts I wanted to throw in the towel and find a different home. Catalina I think was more sad about giving up than I was cause she saw how much I wanted the home. To make a long story short and after giving up several times Catalina was able to get me the house at a better price than I was originally planning for.
