“Carrie went far past the extra mile by providing over the top customer service in her dealing with us and the potential buyers. We went on the market just as it stalled in late summer due to interest rate spikes and general market malaise, but she was always optimistic that we would get the house sold at a good price and not to cave into the low ball investor offers we would get. We had to leave the property and move a thousand miles away before it sold but she provided above and beyond service by keeping an eye on our mostly empty house, helping with freeze protection of the pool equipment and monitoring the property on a regular basis. She also did a deep dive into the buyer s inspection report, researching and rebutting several observations in the report that were listed as deficiencies but actually were not, even going as far as getting second opinions from reliable sources. Her findings eliminated any possible protracted extra negotiations based on the inspector s report and kept the deal moving forward. She stayed engaged, reliable and extremely helpful during the six months the house was on the market.
