“Brenda is an excellent professional. From the moment she was assigned to us, she immediately offered us a significant volume of information that we as first time house buyers were not aware of. Additionally, she was interested in knowing our needs, to find us the right house. We worked for a weekend evaluating and classifying the options that she sent us and finally she scheduled all the visits to fit our schedule. Brenda explained to us in detail the benefits and possible improvements needed on the houses we saw, she educated us in things to look for and told us about advantages and disadvantages of putting potential offers. She really invested time in helping us to make the right decision instead of just rushing us. During this process, she kept following-up with our lender until closing came. While we're first time home buyers, the level of attention and dedication Brenda put forth for us was way beyond our expectations (and the references we had), she really made us feel safe and guided through all the steps, so we can honestly said we were being taken care by a friend and not a random person providing a service. If we had to define Brenda with a few words we would choose dedicated, honest and amazing. She made sure all our needs were met and went beyond her duties to help us not just to buy the house, but during our moving and settling in. “Brenda is truly an amazing person. She treated us like we were her only client when we know we were not. She is very patient, positive and always had a smile on her face especially after we looked at what seemed to be 50 houses and made offers on several only to be outpriced by another buyer. It was frustrating for sure but she kept up the search and we found the perfect house! After the sale, she helped us find the closest grocery store, an exterminator, maid service, doctors, and even brought us food our first night in our new home. She truly went above and beyond, but that is Brenda, that's what she does and that's how much she cares about her clients. We could go on and on about all the things she did and how much we appreciate her, but we don't have enough space.
