I recently worked with Brian where he represented the landlord and I represented the tenants. Sometimes leases don't get quite the attention they need but Brian proved this to be wrong! He was prompt in our communication, quick to thoroughly answer any questions I had, and provided me with timely updates through out the application process. Despite having more negotiation points than anticipated during the transaction, Brian remained fair and pleasant, while upholding his obligations to his client. Brian was great to work with! He represented the buyer on our transaction. Definitely the type of agent you want on the other side of your transaction. We built a quick friendly rapport. As agents it's easy to be on opposite ends and feel like we are supposed to be enemies. When in reality we are all working for the same outcome, helping clients own their perfect home. In my opinion it takes a lot more effort to come across as friendly opposition, which is how I try to motto my business and Brian made it easy for me to represent my client while still being fair to his side. Brian is one of the best realtors to work with on a complicated transaction. I represented the seller/he the buyer, on a transaction involving a early 1900's bungalow. He was especially good at communicating with the buyers on items/issues that can be very typical of historical homes and how they can be resolved without creating alarm and actually helping his clients both understand the potential costs and advantages of renovations. Experienced, professional, knowledgeable, calming, collaborative and helpful are all words I would use to describe Brian. A pleasure to work with from start to finish!

I had the pleasure of working with Brian on a transaction in Jersey Village. He represented the seller, and I was the buyer's agent. I met Brian at an Open House he hosted (with drinks!) and we connected immediately. My buyer loved the home, and I knew Brian's marketing was going to create multiple offers.
