You are not going to think about property changes at the nearest time. You are totally satisfied with all you have. But time flies fast. You can find out one day that your happy family grows larger and you do not have enough space for these changes. Or probably you would become empty-nesters faster then you planned before, as your kids got to an out-of-state college. Or you just want to invest in the real estate and just wait for the right time? The time is always right, it just depends on your wishes and needs.
Are you curious about what people think? Me too!
