We each have an idea what "home" should be.  Some homes have cats while others have dogs. Some homes have toys everywhere and others may be overflowing with knicknacks. Some homes are modern and stylish while others have more of a country flair. 

Oftentimes we buy a home for the season we find ourselves in.  Is it time to downsize now that the kids are out of the house?  Did you downsize but now find you have your aging parents living with you and need a home with a mother-in-law suite.  Maybe you need to get rid of the 2 story due to health reason. Perhaps you are just starting your family and want more bedrooms, game room and a nice big yard.  

There's no place like home and our homes should reflect the season of life we find ourselves.  If you no longer need 5 bedrooms perhaps its time to consider moving to a patio home or even a condo.  If your family is growing it may be time to consider more square footage. 

Are you currently dwelling somewhere that brings you a sense of security and happiness?  If the large home has you financially worried then maybe its time to sell.  Are you in a home that you hate because you had to buy quick because of a job relocation?
