Part 13 of my 2014 bike tour of Houston takes us over to "Tolerance", the impressive public art exhibit by Spanish sculptor Jaume Plensa. My guide, Andrew Groocock of the Professional Tour Guide Association of Houston, explains the significance of the work's 7 sculptures, and dives into the history of the site right across the street where the Robinson Warehouse used to stand.
Up next, in Part 14, we head on over to the Waugh Drive Bridge, which is home to a colony of 250,000 bats.
