Houston has ranked high among the top cities in growth, real estate wise, especially when it comes to building apartments. It is estimated that 25,935 units have been built this year, surpassing other popular cities such as Los Angeles and New York City. More apartment units will be built throughout the remainder of the year. But there is one interesting fact given by the article that states “of these new apartments, expect more than half of them to be one-bedroom units.”
