Surfside Beach is seeing a lot of activity. Looking back, last year, there was one closing in January, then three cash sales in February, doubling in March, and going up to eight in April. All this activity is why we are seeing listings coming on the market. If you are selling, this is a great time, and if you are buying, be sure to make your move and keep an eye on those properties you might be interested in. When the weather is good, it is a busy time in Surfside.
