Custom Home Builder

I want to give a shout out to a great Custom Home Builder in the Conroe area north of Houston.  Their name is La Jolla Homes www.mylajollahome.com pronounced La Hoya (like the city in California).  The builder is a Construction Science graduate form Texas A&M, he maintains a strict eye for details in his homes.  Even the homes in the $120K-$160K range have amazing standard features.

For example, he includes 4" base boards, rounded corners, granite in the kitchen, vinyl wood floors (as seen above), 2" faux wood blinds (throughout the home), full tile backsplash in the kitchen, 42" cabinets in the kitchen, framed mirrors in the master bath, and many many more features for about $85 per square build on your lot price!  

 I provided a link to their website if yall would like to check out there product.  They just finished in a neighborhood called Pinewood Forest in Conroe.  They are looking for more land or lots but also do custom build on your lot homes as well.
