Bailey Soares

Originally from a small rural town in Northern California, Bailey's passion for rodeo and spending quality time with her family brought her to Stephenville, Texas the mecca of cowboy country. As the mom of three young cowboys Tyler, Cody and Layton - who are well on their way to becoming great little cowboys, she understands the importance of finding the right balance of home, work and play. As a REALTOR® specializing in residential horse properties, Bailey draws from her own personal experience and living situations. She and her husband Jared, a contractor, have remodeled and improved numerous properties over the past 10 years. Bailey is able to see the potential in each individual property and passes that knowledge to her clients. It is that enthusiastic vision that led her to become a REALTOR®. Bailey has a strong background and work ethic in customer service, having served as a waitress, receptionist and nurse early in her professional career. While she enjoyed being a nurse, she found she wanted to spend more time with her boys. This dream and her experience buying, updating and selling homes led her to Real Estate. Bailey has a calm demeanor that puts her clients at ease and she listens closely to their wants and needs for their new home. She truly cares that each client find their dream home, whatever that may be. When she's not working, you will find Bailey riding horses with her boys and hauling them to local horse events, and competing in an occasional roping event. Bailey's horse passion started as a young child, where she competed in play days, 4-H horse shows, team penning, barrel racing, team roping and high school rodeo events. She has passed this passion on to her three boys, her dedication to raising her boys in the western lifestyle is unsurpassed.
