“I had met Autumn at a restaurant with some friends as we all were talking Ms Cortez said she was in real-estate. Unfortunately my brother had passed and my family needed to sell 2 of his properties. One in Bolivar the other in Conroe. I also was intrested in a lot in Coldsprings but the lot was not on the market . I am limited on time so i explained to Autumn i just want one person to deal with .she took on the challenge found the owner of the lot in Coldsprings went to there house in the Galleria . She went to Bolivar had a professional photographer take excellent photos of the property. Ms Cortez did not have her commercial license for the land in Conroe so she had a co-worker work on it . Ms Cortez on all three was very informative even with the commercial property. she was at the closing to see everything went smoothly .she would answer her phone or text in a timely matter. Very informative she has a lot of enthusiasm takes a lot of pride in work . Would recommend her to every one and will definitely use her again if something came up ... ”
