“This home was bought as an investment property I met with Ashley to discuss my goals and criteria She put together a search that found a lot of promising properties Ms Graves continued to refine the area and criteria When she found something that looked promising she would also preview it before reaching out to me which saved me a lot of time There were a couple of homes over the past several months that I would have bought but she told me to be patient and that we will find something better And we did Through this process her persuading me to wait when she could have made a sale and her constant assessment of costs and potential income from continuously changing factors I trusted her judgment When she found this house she knew it was the right one Unfortunately I could not get over there to see it that day but we felt that it would be under contract if we did not act quickly Therefore I put in an offer without ever seeing the home other than in photos This is something i NEVER thought I would do I went solely on her recommendation which speaks to my opinion of her competency market knowledge and communications I am very glad I trusted her and put in the offer the more i am in the house the more I like it In addition her contacts for inspection title financing etc were great to work with I plan on purchasing more investment properties and she will be the first person I call ”
