I appreciated how up front she was during that initial meeting as she told us what would be possible with our budget and what wouldn't be, and explained the ins and outs of the process. She also gave us a little booklet first time homebuyers with all the MAJOR info and broke it down step by step. Aimee promised to hold our hand through the whole process and was open to answering all questions at anytime! Her general attitude and work ethic made us feel feel confident that we'd find something perfect for our needs and we'd have fun shopping with her. I loved how she would walk a house with us and point out things we would not have thought of due to sheer excitement! I felt like she could read our minds and she was able to filter through a lot of house and only send us what she thought would be worth taking a look at. After searching for a few months, we found OUR DREAM HOUSE and made our first offer. With her guidance, we were able to navigate the potentially overwhelming pile of paperwork and logistics associated with home ownership. She basically broke it down and gave us so many outlets for buying options for energy and home owners insurance. We couldn't have done it without her and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone, not only for her real estate expertise but her passion for serving people! She is really in it for you, and wont push anything on you. Not a single time did we feel rushed or under pressure it was all at our pace and as first time buyers everything is unknown and we really appreciated all her hard work seen and unseen.
