“Brittany Burns was fantastic and I would give her more than five stars if I could. It took much longer than I thought it would to find a house and near the end my move was imminent and I was feeling desperate. The whole time Brittany was incredibly patient and responsive. The market here was challenging with good homes selling quickly. She got my family in to see homes quickly. She offered extremely helpful insight about the area from safety, accessibility, insurance, and taxes specific to this area. This was an out of state move so I was not familiar with the area nor was I able to see the homes in person so Brittany’s assistance was invaluable. Once I got a contract on this house, she continued to work on my behalf. She and her team helped with utility and service set up. When there were items from the inspections that could not be repaired by the seller before closing, Brittany negotiated and saved me thousands in closing costs. Overall, I found Brittany to be knowledgeable and professional yet warm and personable as well. I was able to get a home it’s far more of the things I wanted than I thought I would get. Brittany listened to what I needed in s home and helped me find a house that is a great fit for me and my family. ”

“The only comment we'd make is that given we had not been involved in selling a house for over 26 years, and that the entire selling process had changed a lot since then, we depended on our agent to provide good clarity on certain things and clear instructions on what we as a client needed to do. For the most part - this was the case, but a few areas got a little cloudy until feedback was given. Considering that we were selling one house and setting up a contract to build another, the overlap made it challenging for us, but Monica and Chrystal did a great job and we much appreciated the final outcome. ”
