“I was linked up with the realtor through Zillow so I was working with her remotely. Honestly, short of a few conversations we had, and a video tour she assisted with, I don’t think she really did much for me in terms of the actual transaction. I worked through most of it directly with the builder - which is not ideal. She sent the agreement a few days to close and made it clear that her intent was to ensure she got the sales commission which I obliged and signed but I honestly don’t think it was earned. ”
