A native Texan, Toyia holds a Bachelors of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston. While attending college, she worked in the insurance industry as a Client Representative. There, Toyia discovered her love for working with people and her interest in assisting clients throughout the process of selecting the best plan to protect their properties. Her work with insurance clients fostered a passion for guiding future clients in making sound investment decisions and purchasing the home of their dreams. Toyia first entered the real estate field after purchasing her first home, where the Sales Manager recognized her potential and offered her a position as a New Home Sales Consultant. It was this opportunity that solidified Toyia's passions and drove her to pursue a career in real estate full-time. She attended the Champions School of Real Estate and held key sales positions at some of the top new home builders and Texas Home Group Realtors before joining RE/MAX in 2016.

I am currently a Texas REALTOR® of 10 years. I attended Champions School of Real Estate. I currently hold my license with FYI Realty in Humble, TX. In October 2017, I completed an 8 month program and graduated from the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program receiving my TRLP designation. I completed my GRI; Graduate, Realtor® Institute in October of 2016. In 2014, I joined the Women Council of REALTORS® Montgomery County Chapter and in the following year became the chapter's secretary. I also joined NAPW; National Association of Professional Women in 2014. An organization dedicated to excellence and achievement of women. In May 2015, I was certified as a Certified Military Residential Specialist. I am currently a member of National Association of REALTORS®; Texas Association of REALTORS® and Houston Association of REALTORS®. I currently reside in Spring, TX. As a REALTOR® my goal is to help consumers invest in residential real estate. Buying a home will be one of the biggest purchases they will make in a lifetime.
