Home buyers all have different scents they love. Some might like the smell of fresh baked cookies, while others dispise the smell. The best thing any home seller can do is use a scent that is all natural so that it does not distract any potential buyers. Some of the best scents to use in any open house or during showings include lemon, green tea, cedar, basil, pine, and vanilla. Some of the worst scents include baked goods, potpourri, and any meal cooked inside the house.
