Leasing 101

Use the search engine on my website for the most current list of residential leases in your preferred area.  This list changes frequently.   You will need to be no more than 30 days from your preferred move-in date.  Please call for an appointment and I will be happy to email you the rental application forms.

The application fee is normally $35-$50 per adult but can vary depending on each property. The fee covers a review of your credit report and a criminal background check. The security deposit to hold the property is normally equal to one month's rent. First month's rent is payable upon move-in. Proof of income, a copy of your driver's license and social security card may be required. Pets normally require an additional deposit for each pet.  Approval depends on the requirements of each landlord.  Typically, the lease requires a minimal one-year commitment.
