While attending the University of Houston - Victoria for his BBA in Accounting, Nathan worked as a carpenter in his hometown of Ganado TX where he renovated homes, updated kitchens and built barndominiums. After graduating, he worked as an accountant for a HVAC (Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Industrial Supplies Distribution Company. Due to his dedication to great customer service and his ability to communicate efficiently, he was quickly promoted to a sales position. After successfully experiencing sales, Nathan, decided to sell something he was truly passionate about.... Homes! Nathan is backed and supported by his Broker, Greg Spears, who has a keen knowledge of Victoria's market from 37 years of success in the Real Estate business. Nancy Garner managed Woolson Real Estate from 1982 until 1995, when she purchased the firm. Woolson Real Estate, Inc. has been a leader in both real estate sales and management throughout our history. While providing full management, financial reporting and a variety of management services; In addition to being a licensed real estate broker since 1987 and a licensed salesperson since 1983, Nancy Garner is an accountant and has passed the CPA exam, although she does not have a Public Accounting Certificate, lacking a few hours of apprenticeship.
