Samantha's business experience is centered in the field of accounting and finance. She spent three years as staff accountant for a local bank and lending institution before accepting a position as an Audit Defense Consultant for a sales tax accounting firm. She quickly made herself an asset to the company through her hard work, client acquisition, and dedication to her portfolios. After five years at the firm, she took an opportunity with an oilfield services company to be the financial Controller. The experience Samantha has in the industry of finance coupled with the education and development of interpersonal skills has led to the perfect combination to be successful in fulfilling her client's needs throughout a real estate transaction. Her goal is complete satisfaction and to exceed her client's expectations, making the entire process a positive, exciting, and fun experience.

Samantha's down time is spent with the love of her life, her husband, Derrick, and with their 5 children. They enjoy boating and various water sports, and have a fierce love of sportscars and horsepower. Their dream is to one day fully restore a classic hotrod together. Family is her #1 priority, and she is extremely grateful to have their unending support in her business and their unconditional love.

Vivian was born and raised in the North Houston/Cypress area. After graduating from high school, she had a 31-year career in the electrical industry. Taking care of clients and customers' needs was her joy and focus throughout the years.

Since 2004, North/East Conroe has been her home. Fast forward to today In Real Estate she desires to help people navigate buying, selling or renting. Growing up in Southeast Houston, I have always been drawn to homes and the housing market. During high school and college, I began a career in Architecture and Interior Design, learning the basics. After graduating college, getting married and starting my family I looked into Real Estate and fell in love with it all over again. I went back to school to get my license and certifications and began my career in the fall of 2017. I am now completing my fifth year in real estate with close to 100 transactions completed.
