Liliana specializes in real estate for the north Houston area. She has lived in four different countries over the past 20 years and calls Houston her second home. During this time, she experienced how exciting could be to look for a house at different stages of your life, as a young family with no kids and later on with children, when school plays a big role in your real estate searching process. Liliana has a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Vicki Brundage has been a resident of The Woodlands for 25 years and an area Realtor since 2012. She is an active member of the community and has enjoyed raising her 3 children in such a welcoming, eventful environment. Over the years, they have enjoyed the hike/bike trails, kayaking, parks, pools, festivals, excellent dining, amenities, and concerts of all kinds. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, at the beach and the hill country. She is an amateur photographer, involved in volunteering, a support group for caregivers, and Bible Study. Vicki still stays active with investing, renovating a few homes a year.

Daniel Soto is a native Houstonian who graduated from Texas Tech University after serving 4 years as a US Marine. He began his real estate career working for a public corporate real estate consulting firm helping businesses with strategies to achieve their space needs for the lowest costs. He started buying residential foreclosures as flip homes with friends in Northwest Houston which he renovates, leases, then sells to investors with the option for him to manage the home,

Having lived in the northern greater Houston area for nearly a decade and raising three children, Prudence has knowledge and experience of the benefits of the market area, schools, dining, shopping, culture, and local hidden gems. Prudence graduated in psychology in 2004 from Arizona State University. She then relocated to Tanzania, Africa to join Vodacom a global telecommunications company. Subsequently after 12 years, she and her family relocated to Houston, and she joined a family law practice as a paralegal. Her motto is, in anything you do, do it with passion, perseverance and optimism. She is active in volunteering with local food pantries, her church and with a national recognized organization, Meals on Wheels.
