Craig is a native Texan and the son of a highly successful real estate broker mother and remodeler/home builder father. After graduating from school, he entered the workforce in the oil industry as a buyer. With his skills in negotiation and determination, he quickly rose through the ranks to the position of purchasing manager of one of Houston's largest oilfield steel fabricators. He used his negotiation skills and hard work ethic to the benefit of his company until his retirement as Refinery Purchasing Manager of a 280,000 barrel per day refinery in the country of Aruba. After accepting an early retirement package, he quickly got tired of watching the grass grow and waiting for the fish to bite. Craig decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and enter the real estate business. Since 2010, he has sold homes for both a national home builder and individuals in the Lake Conroe, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas area. He thoroughly enjoys working with all home buyers and sellers and in particular, first time buyers. What Craig most enjoys is handing over the keys to a first-time homeowner.

Craig Ritchie is members of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He specialize in selling Lake Conroe properties, as well as homes in Montgomery County, San Antonio, and Dallas.
