Active Real Estate began in its infancy in a little town called Conroe, TX. When the real estate market took its plunge in the 80's, Active Real Estate formed Active Apartment Locators, Inc. Apartment locating flourished during these hard times. In this field we learned from the Big Boys how to run Property Management. We learned the correct way to handle tenants, how to keep in tune with the rental market, fair housing and rent collections. After 12 good years we moved out of the city to a place in the country. We began to swing back into listing and selling farm & ranch, residential, commercial and lots. Later on the market again took a downswing and having seen this delima before, we swung back into the rental business and property management. We do list individual properties, which with our well funded advertising program they sell or lease properties fast. We have found if a property stays on the market with our company more than 90 days there is something wrong. It is time to meet with the owner and do a re-evaluation. Times have been good to Active Real Estate & Property Management. We love and care for our business and those who come to us for counseling about their real estate. We enjoy helping buyers find their dreams and keeping good homes for our tenants is a plus.
