As a US NAVY Veteran he proudly carries the Honor of having served as Dental Technician where he was honored with the Sailor of the Quarter at USS VULCAN AR-5 and NAVY ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL while in the US NAVY RESERVE. His got a Bachelors Degree in Science/Biology from Sacred Heart University, Puerto Rico. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker he joined the pharmaceutical industry as a Hospital & Territory Sales Representative with McNeil Pharmaceuticals (Johnson & Johnson Comp.) and with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals where he received various sales awards : STAR SALES AWARD, PRESIDENTS CUP AWARD, STRATHOSPHERE SALES AWARD and GOVERNORS SALES AWARD amongst others. While in the pharmaceutical industry for a period of 16 years in 1999 decided to pursue a career in Sales and Brokerage now in the Real Estate Field. His urge to become more proficient made him work towards his designations GRI, CRS, ePRO and similar Certifications were obtained by him during his tenure in said field. Since the beginning in his real estate career got closely acquainted and involved with the Puerto Rico Association of Realtors® under the Caguas Board Of Realtor® as member, board member and Board President (2003-2004) where him and the organization received the award for the first time of Board of the Year. After 11 yrs. in the Real Estate business decided to pursue a dream and moved to U.S. in the Texas, Houston area. From now on he will be sharing his experiences, knowledge in the field.
