The foundation of my real estate career has been reinforced by my previous experience servicing and selling to buyers in the fine jewelry industry. It is in this sales arena that I learned the definition of customer service. I discovered that, when selling a product that was readily available elsewhere, I had to distinguish myself from other salespeople in the same business.

And, this philosophy is so much more important when representing buyers and sellers in one of the largest transactions of their lives! I strive to exceed my clients' expectations through anticipating their needs, asking questions, answering phone calls and e-mails, and making myself available throughout the complex process of buying and selling real estate.

Coordination and communication are the building blocks of a strong, successful client/agent experience. I have learned many valuable lessons since obtaining my license in 2004.

As a long-time Texan, I bring my expertise and love for the rolling hills to my approach in finding the best property for you. I am a veteran Real Estate agent, licensed in 2005, experienced with both residential and commercial properties, luxury urban homes, land, and ranches. I am particularly skilled in seeking out investment properties for my clients such as long term or short term rentals, flips, and brand new construction. As entrepreneur my entire life, real estate has been instrumental in expanding my business acumen. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with clients and helping them grow their portfolio and navigate financial climates. In addition to real estate, I have experience in construction. I have supervised remodeling for flips as well as brand new home construction, and I have knowledge of the construction process and materials. This experience helps me in choosing the best quality homes for my clients, as I can spot when builders have cut corners. Outside of real estate, I enjoy the Texan culture and love to visit the nearby towns for authentic experiences, amazing food, and shopping.

Originally from Shreveport and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Lisa Rigdon brings to real estate a service-based approach and the detailed, analytical style of a scientist. A background in chemistry and commodity oil trading equips Lisa with a keen ability to identify a win-win solution and to facilitate a deal that pleases all parties involved. She views real estate as a significant investment and thoroughly evaluates how a property might align with a client's personal and financial goals.
Retired from the oil and gas business since late 2017, Lisa maintains strong international connections within the industry. A longtime Houstonian, Lisa is especially passionate about the city and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with clients relocating to the area. She finds great pleasure in working with buyers and primarily services the areas inside and just north of the loop such as West U, The Heights, and Oak Forest. Her professional interactions and extensive travel (including her time living in Brazil and Barbados) offer a unique perspective and insight to a global lifestyle.

When not serving her clients, Lisa remains active through travel, skiing, time with loved ones, and painting. She volunteers at Sundance Film Festival annually and supports her community through STEM initiatives and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Her constant companion is her darling Labradoodle Lucy.
