Born into a Zoroastrian family in Karachi, Pakistan, Ron graduated from the University of Karachi with a Bachelor of Science degree. He worked for Trans Mediterranean Airways before his family emigrated to the United States and Houston in 1985.
When not working, Ron works to help sponsor community events. He loves to travel, especially on cruise vacations. Ron and his wife of 37 years have one son and a grandson who lives in Austin.
