Before moving to Texas, Barbie Hawkins achieved her Real Estate license in Charleston, South Carolina. Her specialty is helping Active Duty Military, Veterans, Retirees, Civil Servants, and First Time Home Buyers. She has an extensive volunteer resume. Currently volunteering for several community organizations in the Harris and Montgomery county areas. She enjoys traveling and has visited over 50 countries. Barbie also enjoys gardening, reading, horseback riding, attending Formula One races, and DIY home projects. Spending time with her family is her greatest joy.

Maciej Buszac is originally from Poland (bilingual) and moved to the USA with his family in 1994. He spent 11 years living in New Orleans, Louisiana where he graduated from Archbishop Rummel HS in 2003. Maciej moved to Houston, TX in 2005 due to the very unfortunate Hurricane Katrina disaster and now very proud to call myself a Houstonian. He met his lovely wife here and Houston and has made some very close friends. Maciej is always looking for ways to give back to his community and volunteer his time. He moved specifically to Katy in 2016 and looking forward to seeing the city grow. Real Estate has always been near and dear to him and more specifically the ability to provide people with fantastic customer service. His passion led him to become a small business owner of a water filtration company in 2013 where he was successfully able to utilize honesty, integrity, knowledge and quality communication to interact with his clients. His passion is to help families accomplish the dream of home ownership, assist sellers in achieving the highest and best price for their home while providing the guidance needed to ensure they are always getting the best service. Maciej joined CB&A Realtors in Katy for its iconic presence and trusted reputation in the Houston metropolitan area. In his spare time he enjoys working out, playing sand/water volleyball, swimming, playing with his dogs, traveling and always looking to bring a smile to everyone's face.
