Over the years, I have developed a very unique and dynamic residential home selling and marketing system. Regardless of the size or condition of the home, we work with homeowners to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan based on our buyer target market. Selling a home fast comes down to 3 things: price, presentation and positioning. Having bought and sold over 100 homes myself, my goal is to put the most money in your pocket, whether you are buying or selling. I grew up in Texas and attended high school at Hockaday in Dallas. I studied International Relations at the University of Southern California. After spending a few years working in International Finance for Charles Schwab in San Francisco and then Lehman Brothers in New York and Hong Kong, I went onto obtain a Master degree in International Economics at Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC. It was in Washington DC, when I decided to launch a career in real estate, mostly buying and selling pre-foreclosure homes. When I returned to Houston, I decided to take my skillsets in scoring great deals in real estate and utilize these to help homeowners sell their homes for top dollar and buy homes for a great price. I'm a hard worker, a constant communicator, and a strategic problem solver when it comes to working for my clients. I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. Gloria Leder was born, raised and educated in Perth, Western Australia. Worked in Mathematics Department, University of Western Australia; Fibre and Forest Products Research Institute, Jerusalem, Israel; Computing Devices of Canada, London England. Travelled extensively through Europe and Asia. Arrived in Houston in March, 1965. Worked with British Consulate General, Houston, helped open first British Government Trade Office in America, in Dallas, Texas before returning to Houston as Personal Assistant to the British Consul-General.

Gloria has been working in real estate as an Investor, Agent and Broker since early 1980's. Prior to joining Keller Williams Metropolitan in 2000 she owned her own Real Estate Company. Gloria specializes in working by referral, offering exceptional customer service. Selling Houston one yard at a time, her passion is meeting and exceeding expectations. One of Keller Williams top producing agents, she has won numerous awards.

Gloria is widowed, has 3 children and 6 wonderful grandchildren.

Danell Fields was born and raised in Texas and has been in the Houston Area for over twenty-five years. A Baylor University graduate, she raised her family and has become very active in the community that she loves. Always interested in homes, construction, and trends in the housing market she embarked on a real estate career she loved and always had envisioned for her life. She also feels that personal service and client relationships are a vital part of this process.

Danell knows the Houston area well having also served in a community service capacity throughout her career as well. She has been on the board of the Lone Star College Foundation, the Humble ISD Foundation and former chairman, the New Caney ISD Foundation board, the American Heart Association board and former chairman and Volunteer of the Year award, the Lake Houston YMCA board and former Volunteer of the Year award. She serves on the Board of Governors of the Club Corp Kingwood Country Club, Baylor University Houston Alumni, Family Time, the Village Learning Center, and the Humble Area Assistant Missionaries, Lake Houston and Community Chamber of Commerce's, Baylor Business Alumni, and Second Baptist Church and others to name a few. She is also an adjunct professor at Lone Star College.

Danell has two grown sons, a daughter-n-law, three precious grandchildren and a German Shepherd named Ash.

She has been recognized for her contributions to the community with such awards as Family Time Women of Achievement, Kingwood Park High School Booster Parent Award, Small Business of the Year award from Lone Star College, and Small Business of the Year award from the Community Chamber of Commerce.Most recently she was named the Pillar of the Community in the North Houston Area by HAAM for 2019. She was also named "Spirit of North Houston" by the Forest Image for the month of September 2020.

Hi, I'm Mack Neff, and I'm excited to work with you! As a native Houstonian, it has been so rewarding to see the amazing transformation and growth in the greater Houston area. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Microbiology and a minor is Business, I began my career in biomedical research, selling large equipment to various labs and companies across Texas and surrounding states. After serval years I realized a few things. First, I wanted to be home with my family more. Second, I discovered my desire to work, serve, and impact the people of my community. With that, I decided to pursue a career to help people with one of the biggest and most rewarding decisions...finding their dream home!

I'm a husband to Holly, my rock and biggest supporter, and a father of two incredible boys, Evan (11) and Alex (9). We also have two crazy and fun-loving dogs, Grace and Willow. When I'm not working, I enjoy coaching my sons' baseball team, watching college football, and spending time outdoors, especially in our backyard, 'grilling and chilling,' as my wife loves to call it. I've been blessed to call The Woodlands my home for the past 12 years, and recall purchasing our first home.
