My name is Lan and I have been a Houstonian since 1980.

When I moved to Fulshear in 2014 there were two stop lights and lots of cows! After spending the prior 16 years in Los Angeles I was instantly charmed by this area and blown away by the big Texas welcome that my family encountered at every turn. With the region booming it is now my delight to welcome so many newcomers from all over the country (and the world!) as they also make this dynamic area their new home.

With a background in property management and leasing, and nearly two decades as a nonprofit fundraiser for organizations like the Girl Scouts and the American Heart Association, I bring a wealth of experience in building meaningful connections. Now, as a Realtor, my passion is connecting people with homes and communities where they can flourish.

Having done three cross-country moves myself, I understand the blend of excitement and stress moving brings-- even if you're just moving across town. Lesley Krivan, a native Houstonian, attended Texas A&M University and Colorado State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Lesley grew up in Hedwig Village and strongly embraces her Memorial roots. She has mastered staying current with Houston's premier neighborhoods and keeping abreast of all market trends.

Lesley's previous profession as a merchandising specialist, armed her with the tools and knowledge she needed to provide her clients superb service. Committed to employing her keen eye for detail and management skills, she makes sure her buyers and sellers have a flawless transaction from contract to closing. Lesley is "hands-on" in every stage of a real estate transaction ensuring a ''win-win" experience for everyone involved.

She and her daughters are members of the Houston Hearts Chapter of the National Charity League. An interesting side note; Lesley and her husband were residents of Hedwig Village during their childhood and today are raising their two daughters within a mile of where they grew up.
