Rachel Jeong is a bilingual realtor based in The Woodlands, Texas. She was born and educated in South Korea, receiving her MBA there before moving to Los Angeles, California in 2000. She studied at FIDM and was a business owner for 16 years before relocating to Conroe, Texas with her family in 2021. The Woodlands has become her home away from home, serving as a breath of fresh air after so many years of living in the California desert! Driven by her past experiences as a real estate client, Rachel became a realtor in order to provide excellent experiences during transactions and assist clients in accomplishing their dreams of home ownership. She specializes in working with first time home buyers, relocation buyers, and those interested in residential properties. When not helping clients, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband Vince, her son Eddie, and their chihuahua mix Billy. She enjoys practicing yoga, taking walks, knitting, and sewing.

Pamela Pugel is a specialist in residential real estate in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. She brings to Compass many years of experience from her extensive sales career in industrial products and coatings. Prior to real estate, Pamela enjoyed the world of high end retail as a Sales Consultant for Mercedes-Benz where she mastered negotiating skills while providing an unparalleled level of customer experience. A Southeast Texas native, Pamela was born and raised in Beaumont and attended Texas Tech University where she graduated with a B.A. in Geology. She spent many years on the West Coast in S. California and in the Pacific Northwest before returning to the great State of Texas. When she is not working she enjoys tennis, travel, the outdoors and spending time with her family.
