Calvin has raised his family as a resident of The Woodlands and Woodforest since 2001, which gives him insight to the community and its many amenities. Calvin is a 2000 graduate from Texas A&M University.

Calvin builds custom marketing plans to sell homes quick, for the best price, and maintain an overall smooth transaction with all parties involved. Also representing buyers, Calvin will identify your wants and needs with constant communication. He will use his expertise to help find your dream home and walk you through the process from contract to close.

Calvin has become a top individual producer and is among the top producers of his brokerage. Calvin has several designations, including the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) & Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist to help serve his clients. Only 7% of Realtors have their GRI. In 2023, Calvin passed his brokers exam and is a certified Broker Associate.

As an expert in local school districts, Calvin is very knowledgeable and can help you find a great fit for your family's education. Montgomery County has a lot of great school districts to choose from. Calvin also is a real estate investor and landlord who can help you find a great income producing property.

Calvin is a member of The Church at Woodforest The Woodlands Methodist Church. Calvin is a Montgomery ISD Education Foundation Board Member which help raise funds for educator grants. Calvin has volunteered since 2005 at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World's Championship BBQ.

Though I was born and raised in Louisiana, Texas has been my home for the majority of my adult life. Why Real Estate?


My journey into real estate began when I purchased my first home, and the sense of accomplishment I felt was extraordinary. Knowing that I had worked diligently to achieve such a significant goal was incredibly gratifying. Coming back to a place I could call my own every day was an amazing feeling. I want to provide others with that same sense of pride and home ownership. For those who have owned homes before and are looking to move, I am dedicated to helping them find a place that truly encompasses their desires. Being part of their journey, creating a foundation for the countless memories they will share with their loved ones in their new home, is something I am honored to contribute to.

Sandy is a born and raised Houstonian with a special place in her heart for this beautiful city. I am a very devoted husband and father, who was born in the Caribbean, on the beautiful Island of St Vincent and the Grenadines but have been privileged to call Houston home. Although I have had the opportunity to work my way up in my career as a Fire Alarm Technician, to where I managed, installed and programmed major Fire Alarm projects that includes the Houston Zoo Galapagos Island, my real passion is in Real Estate. I understand the power that Real Estate has in transforming people's lives and how it creates that sense of belonging to people that get to walk into own homes, and I have had the honor of experiencing this first hand.
