Native Spanish speaker Franco is a world traveler, professional speaker, and the founder and CEO of 2 international companies. Born in Peru, with work ties to a dozen countries, Franco settled firstly in Miami, and now here in Houston. Married to seasoned KRE agent Beatriz, he joined the team to share his wife’s passion and help grow her business. His knowledge and understanding of international business, coupled with his wife’s experience in real estate truly make the two a force to be reckoned with. Franco is passionate about helping people, and he’s kept that at the forefront of every avenue of work he’s partaken in. His current and prior business projects have always been focused on helping others achieve personal and professional success, and his newest endeavor with real estate won’t be any different. His wife, Beatriz, is passionate about exceeding her clients’ expectations and thrives in the challenges searching for a home can entail. She’s built her business at KRE around doing all that’s necessary to ensure her clients are always well taken care of. I was born and grew up in the Houston area and spent my summers vacationing with my family, learning new hobbies, and helping around the house. Just after my sophomore year at Houston Technical Institute, I began working at a prominent oil and gas company during the summer and then through the rest of my high school days, Being in Vocational Office Education opened many doors in the industry. I was the Supervisor of Office and Facilities Services for about 20 years. In 2004, I was ready for a new challenge and decided to follow my heart. I went back to school to study for my Real Estate Salesperson license and joined Realty Associates soon after. With my background in facilities, which included construction, and my husband in the construction field, we were successful in flipping properties during the recession. We purchased and sold many homes throughout the years. Not ever forgetting the challenges of buying or selling a home, I love helping buyers and sellers alike throughout the process and goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible and will be an asset to both.

As a Real Estate professional, it is my purpose and desire to build meaningful relationships with my clients while offering a unique and personable experience with their real estate needs.
