Kevin was a member of the Collins Team long before earning his license in 2004. He helped Glenda regularly with anything from signs to lockboxes to flyers, and continued his work with another successful agent in high school. It is no surprise that he hit the ground running his first year in the business and was recognized as "Rookie of The Year" in 2005.

Kevin appreciates what it takes to make a transaction successful. He manages his time so each client receives the attention they deserve and he minimizes surprises along the way.

Kevin consistently monitors his market to give sellers any advantage he can, and he conducts extensive home pricing and analysis for his buyers. He understands that relationships are important and has established a good rapport and open communications with inspectors, lenders and title companies to help keep his clients informed and the process on schedule.

In addition to studying architecture at Texas A&M University Kevin has taken classes on farm and ranch real estate and relocation for certifications with Halliburton, CARTUS Global Relocation Services along with many other Worldwide ERC corporate relocation service providers. Prior to real estate Kevin worked for three years in corporate energy risk management. Paring his continuing education with his architectural background and his business experience he has made himself a force in real estate.

A native Houstonian Kevin grew up in Clear Lake and has lived in The Woodlands for over twenty years. He enjoys film and a good screen binge, reading, and is a lover of history. An avid outdoorsman he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and overlanding in his Geländewagen. Kevin and his partner Ryan travel often and Kevin has visited almost every US state and traveled multiple times across Europe. He is active in local political organizations and multiple social groups and automotive clubs including international Gwagen and Porsche groups. Nichole Agosto was born in Fort Hood, Texas to a family originally from Racine, Wisconsin. Mrs. Agosto is a loving wife to Benny Agosto, a prominent attorney in Houston. Nichole and Benny have 4 children, Ben III, Matthew, Jon, and Victoria. Nichole graduated with Honors in Education from the University of Houston, Central Campus. Currently Nichole is a board member at Cy-hope, MABATx Foundation, and President of FABLE (Friends of the Aldine Library). She is a member of Foundry United Methodist Church and The Champion Forest Womens Club. Nichole and Benny are long time supporters of The Houston Bar Foundation as well as UNCF. In addition to supporting local and national education endeavors, Nichole and her husband are also supporters/ founders of the Nikki and Benny Agosto Jr. Houston Baptist University Scholarship benefiting single mother students. Formerly, Nichole was also a Girl Scout Leader and Assistant Coach for the Girls U9 Soccer Team in Klein TX. Hobbies include playing tennis, painting, crafts, decorating, and antiqueshopping.
