“My experience with Susan Annoura was just exceptional!!! I started to contacting her when I was still in Japan preparing my departure to Houston. My first contact with Susan was by email but she replied within several minutes in spite of huge time different between Houston and Tokyo and I was amazed of her reactivity. after I got here, I continued exchanging emails with Susan who was always available to answer to any questions I had on the housing situation in Houston. She has a great level of knowledge about the local market and because of her family background, she also understands the special needs of Japanese expat and family which was also very much appreciated. Since she speaks Japanese, it will also be a great advantage for Japanese family to rely on her when you want to better understand details of the lease contract. And of course, thanks to her help, we were able to find an ideal house we wanted!
