I have a double masters, in Business & Marketing, and in Information Science. I also continue taking courses in Real Estate to keep my skills honed and to better serve my clients. Understanding my client's unique needs and goals, and helping them reach a decision they feel confident about, is my top priority. I also consider myself to be a strong negotiator. I have earned the designation of a 'Master Certification Negotiation Expert'. I work diligently to save my clients money during their most expensive transaction. My experience and knowledge help me educate my clients with understanding the nuances and concerns of owning a home. All properties that I have listed for selling or leasing, sold within 45 days. I prepare a unique marketing strategy, based on the property, for all my clients. I live in Sugarland with my two teenage kids, my dog, and my professor husband. We moved here 15 years ago from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I understand how stressful moves can be. Felicia was born in Brooklyn, New York and was raised on the paradise island of St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands. Although she loved living in the warm climate of the Virgin Islands where she is deep rooted, after High School, Felicia relocated from St. Thomas to Norfolk, Virginia to attend college and later relocated to Houston, TX where she has been a resident since December 1989. Felicia went on to attend and graduate from Prairie View A&M University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Felicia is also a Certified Public Manger (CPM).
Her knowledge gained from working as an engineer and senior project manager, has provided her with valuable "best practice" skills that she utilizes daily in executing real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers as well marketing the team's listings. I have lived, worked and raised my daughter in Sugar Land. I attended FBISD schools throughout middle school and high school. I also worked for FBISD for over 25 years, first as a teacher then as a high school counselor. I am a wife, a mom and an owner of a beautiful Labrador Retriever. I am an animal lover and would own multiple dogs if I could! I love to hike and experience the outdoors, but I also love curling up with a good book or watching my favorite football and baseball teams.
