In 1993 I started D & D Pre-Employment Screening, Inc., which is a private investigative firm specializing in pre-employment screening. My company that started with one client in April 1993 was recognized as one of Houston's Fastest-Growing Private Companies in 1998. The award was part of a program sponsored by the University of Houston Small Business Development Center. After the sale of my private investigative company - I decided to take all my skills, knowledge, and success to the real estate market. With this past professional integrity, I wish to share what I have learned and experienced over the years. I have lived and worked in the Houston - Katy area for the last 30 years and I have seen the vast growth of Katy. My grandchildren attended schools in Katy ISD. Real Estate is my profession - Service is my passion. We don't work from just 9 - 5, we work from the beginning to finished! Klaus, at the age of 18, initiated his career in real estate by becoming a licensed Texas Real Estate Realtor in the Houston-metropolitan area in 2000. He became familiar with the real estate business since his mother, a long-time 25-year veteran in the real estate industry, showed him the ropes of how to provide excellent customer service, maintain positive and professional business relations, and be knowledgeable about real estate laws and policies.
