I have always loved the real estate business! As a young child, I have fond memories of watching my dad work. He introduced me to community development, buying and selling commercial real estate and most importantly, he taught me that hard work pays off. I paid attention as he transformed worn out properties into solid homes that were move-in ready for new families just starting out.





Over the years, I turned my love for renovating and decorating into a business. I spent 12 years working with a custom home builder in the Bellaire area. I honed my skills in customer service. Our clients requested me to meet with them to pick out materials, finishes and colors. I had the honor of staging homes for the Bellaire New Home Showcase. My varied experience in real estate helps me to see the potential in a home. Experience has also given me the skills needed to help you make your home into one that others only dream of.





My family and I are currently living in the Texas Hill Country where I have the opportunity to serve the San Antonio and surrounding areas as well as serving Houston and surrounding areas. Becker Properties founder, Philip B.W. Becker, is a highly-motivated entrepreneur with a love for real estate. In 2009, he made his move into real estate with the founding of Becker Properties. Philip quickly became involved with the REALTOR® organization. Philip served on the Texas Association of REALTORS® YPN Advisory Council in 2011 and the TAR Political Affairs Committee in 2012. He is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. He was appointed to the Texas CRS Chapter Board of Directors as chair of Public Relations and Co-chair of Chapter with a Heart for 2013. He was named the Texas CRS Chapter’s 2013 CRS of the Year and was the 2014 Secretary of the Executive Board. He was the peer-to-peer (profiles of people to watch) national featured agent in CRS’s The Residential Specialist Magazine in summer 2014. Philip also serves on the Texas Association of REALTORS® MLS / Technology Committee and, in 2013 and 2014, on The National Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Committee. He serves CRS National as well, as a member of both the Product Review and National Nominating Committees. Philip is a Golden R major investor in RPAC and a member of the RPAC President’s Circle. Philip has been appointed to the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee for 2016. Last, but certainly not least, Philip served on the National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network Advisory Board for 2013 and 2014, is the 2015 Vice-Chairman of YPN, and has been confirmed as the 2016 National Chair. He is a known real estate speaker with NAR, CRS and numerous state and local boards. Philip and Becker Properties are members of the San Antonio, Austin and Houston, Texas Boards of REALTORS®. When he has spare time, Philip enjoys being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family and friends and playing with his Beagle, Shiloh.
