About Sam Chaudhry

A perennial name among Houston's top producing agents, Sam Chaudhry is a recognized leader in residential real estate sales. Mr. Chaudhry's father was an Executive Expatriate who worked globally which gave him excellent exposure to multiple international cultures. He graduated from University of Texas with a degree in Management and International Business. After graduating he spent multiple years as a trader in financial markets before joining commercial business of development, Investments and Management.

When not working, Sam enjoys time with his three precious kids and family. Leadership, experience, market expertise and above all understanding of people's needs. Importance of building relationships are the main virtues he lives by.
In 2016 Mr. Chaudhry became managing partner at RE/MAX Prime Properties and then opened a hyper focused consumer and agent office of Century 21 Energy to help and guide agents achieve their dreams through teaching, advocating and guidance.

Sam helped buy a property

Our friends referred Sam to us and we understand why. We were first time homebuyers; my husband and I were very new to all of this. I remember our first meeting with Sam - he stayed late at his office on a Friday night to walk us through, explaining all the details and what to look out for when looking for a home. He was there as we toured houses, was always available to help us, and was there every step of the way as our house was built and purchased. We highly recommend Sam to anyone and everyone. Will definitely be reaching out to him when the time comes for us to move again!

Sam helped sell a property

We are so very thankful that Sam was our estate agent for the selling and building of our homes. Sam is the total package with his designer tips, data analysis, and excellent customer service.

In reality, he is so much more than a real estate because he provided us with excellent tips for current home fashion for curb appeal and house prep. We know he prepped us well when other real estate agents commented on how well the house showed and because it sold in a week, all due to his advice.

Sam's expert knowledge of the Houston real estate market and more importantly his financial background provides a deep insight with his data analysis to backup his advice. He was able to guide us through the minefield of buying and selling of our homes, even handled difficult people,deftly and firmly.

Most importantly, Sam has old school customer service. He was always a available for any appointments and questions. It felt like we were his VIP multimillion dollar clients due to the amount of time and effort he put in. Sam is always upbeat, polite, cordial, intelligent, and just an all-around-good-guy. Someone you want someone to just hang out with, have as a friend, or the interesting neighbor who is just fun. Also, he has connections everywhere, so if you need anyone to work on your house who does a good job for reasonable price, Sam can deliver.
